AskMySevenBack to the panel

Privacy

Effective 27 August 2026 · askmyseven.com

The short version

Your case is never sold, never shared for advertising, and never used to train anything. It exists so the panel can rule on it and so you can come back to your own case file. That is the entire life of your data here.

What we collect

We do not use advertising trackers, analytics pixels, or fingerprinting. The free trial on the homepage requires no account and sets no tracking cookie.

How your case is processed

Your words are sent to an AI model (Anthropic's Claude, over an encrypted connection) in order to produce the verdict. That is the only place they go, and under our agreement with that provider they are not used to train models. Your data is stored in our database (Turso) and served through our host (Vercel), both under encryption in transit.

Case files

Every verdict is filed at a long, unguessable link. Case files are not listed anywhere, not linked from anywhere public, and carry noindex instructions that tell search engines to stay out. A case file is private until you personally send someone the link.

What we never do

Deletion

Email privacy@askmyseven.com from the address on your account and every case, case file, intake answer, and account record is permanently deleted. No retention tricks, no thirty-day limbo, no exit interview.

Payments

When memberships open, payment is handled by Stripe. Your card number never touches our servers, and we receive only what is needed to know your membership is active.

Children

AskMySeven is for adults. It is not directed at anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If this policy changes in a way that matters, the date above changes and signed-in members are told by email. We will not quietly weaken it.
